In these Terms, "we", "us" and "AppCartel" refer to APPCARTEL SRL. "You" refers to any visitor or user of the Services.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

3. The Services

AppCartel is an independent software studio developing its own mobile and Shopify applications. This website is primarily informational and describes products currently in development. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Services;
  • reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Services beyond what is expressly permitted;
  • use the Services to send spam or transmit malicious code.

All content on this website — including the AppCartel name, logo, text, graphics, code and design — is owned by APPCARTEL SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPCARTEL SRL and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer rights under Romanian and EU law).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
