This policy explains how we collect and use personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — "GDPR") and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

2. What data we collect

This website is primarily an informational landing page. We only process personal data that you actively provide or that is technically necessary to serve the site:

• Contact data — when you email us (e.g. at mihai@appcartel.io) we receive your email address, name (if provided) and the content of your message.
• Technical data — when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and timestamps, for security, abuse prevention and basic reliability.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. Purposes and legal bases
